Designed to be safe, this course instills confidence by building on success. You are coached according to your own rate of progression. No previous training required. A great stress reliever and lots of fun. 

NOTE: This class is open to students 12 years or older. Parents, serious topics are discussed openly but in a professional manor. Minors should be accompanied by a participating adult when possible.
