    Congratulations - You should have recieved notification from our dance coaches to register for the team: LC Youth Dance team: "Middle School" The goal of this program is to build strong, confident, well-rounded individuals and to learn team building skills through the art of dance. We hope to build character in each athlete by setting high standards, holding athletes accountable, as well as teaching and encouraging self-discipline and personal goal setting. A current sports physical must be on file by the first date of practice - and must be dated after April 15, 2025. (No exceptions!) Click here: Sports Physical Tentative practice schedules and financial commitments were given out during the parent meetings during the clinics.   • LC Youth Wrestling - Off Season Conditioning

    We will be offering Off-Season time on the mats this year. Starting the May 6th and ending July 31st. We have several Coaches that will be helping to run this program. The general schedule will be Tuesday and Thursday from 6-8pm at the LCN High school wrestling room. We will use “Band App” for communication on any cancelation or changes to the practice schedule. We will provide an open room for boys and girls of all ages, including High School. This is intended to offer wrestlers a chance to practice or compete in a much less intense and also more weight relaxed environment. Wrestlers can dedicate time to refining their wrestling techniques, such as takedowns, escapes, reversals, and pinning combinations.
  • Middle School Sideline Cheer - North (MSN/MSE)

    The LC United North Middle School Cheer Program is open to 6th, 7th & 8th grade MS North and East students for the fall sideline (football) season. Sideline Cheer will give athletes an opportunity to learn skills, have fun and cheer on their local Middle School Football Teams' home games. A current sports physical (dated after April 15, 2025) must be given to the coach at the first practice. No refunds will be issued after the second class session meets, regardless of reason. Partial refunds available based on date of cancelation and what purchases have been made. A $7.00 service fee per person, per class will be deducted from all requested refunds for classes.

    The LC United South Middle School Cheer Program is open to 6th, 7th & 8th grade MS South and Central students for the fall sideline (football) season. Sideline Cheer will give athletes an opportunity to learn skills, have fun and cheer on their local Middle School Football Teams' home games.
